Dream Big, It’s Okay
Do you get nervous to set big dreams?
Do people tell you to aim smaller?
Well, we’re telling you not to, and here’s why…
Yes, you want to have approachable dreams for your current fitness level, but that doesn’t mean you have to set the bar there and stop. What happens if you did set a wild dream — something that may not be possible (or hell can be) — and just wrote it down.
Said it aloud.
If you don’t have anything to reach for, then what the hell are you doing? You have to be comfortable getting uncomfortable. It’s life. It’s how we grow and level up.
What happens if you settle for when there is something you want to achieve but you’re like ‘eh, I think I’m good here but I really wish I could xyz.’
NO.
Just because you are in one place now doesn’t mean you have to stay there if you have the dream.
Sure it may seem crazy or out of reach…but that’s just now.
Break it into approachable steps.
Brick by brick you build.
Stride by stride (no matter which direction), is getting you there.
Write it down.
Say it aloud to someone you trust.
Say it while you’re walking around. On your run. Lifting a weight. Doing the movement you enjoy. Resting.
Someone out there is listening.
You sent it to the universe.
Now brick by brick — go.
See what you have.
Challenge yourself.
Because we don’t level up by doing nothing.
We don’t change without adding some stress that our body may be nervous about.
Not all stress is bad. What’s it like to explore this idea of a big dream — what is your potential?
You won’t know until you try, and we think you should aim high, take the chance, and fly.
Because something really magical could be there — whether you get your dream or not.
You’ll learn.
You’ll grow.
You’ll continue to move forward…because forward is a pace.
And you’re just getting started.
