You’re here, and we’re excited.

We’ve had highs and lows in our athletic performance, which is very normal. Something that is not normalized enough, and something we are here to help other with.


We’ve had great coaches who’ve tested our limits, and coaches that haven’t brought us to the next level. All valid and all needed in order to get where you want to be.

That’s where Fuel Your Stride comes in.

We aren’t just people piecing together random bits of information to present to you as a wellness plan.

This is what we’ve studied in college and applied in the real world, with our cross country and track teams, and current athletes to date.

We’ve learned from our coaches, our support systems, our past teams, each other, and most importantly ourselves. Through the highs and lows, we’ve continued to push forward and find the will to keep going when times feel easy and when times get hard.

Working with us isn’t a one time thing — we’ve got you for life.

As a coach.

As a support.

As a friend.

We approach each athlete in their way — we meet them where they are. Wellness is not a one size fits all type of thing, and we are really passionate about finding the way that works best for the individual to get to the level they want to be at.

Fuel Your Stride is exactly that: learning how to balance our life with all of the things we’ve got going on. Learning that not every day or workout is going to be the best, and that’s okay. Meeting ourselves where we are and learning how to move through life with it. We need the hard days just as much as the easy days in order to move forward. So when it feels like you’ve taken 10 steps forward or 5 steps backwards, we’ve got you.
